We have been providing a variety of plumbing and heating services in the Willamette Valley since 1969 and our company’s founders have over a combined 70 years of experience. Early on, our primary focus was to provide labor and material for plumbing systems in the residential market. Today, we provide complete HVAC and plumbing system installations, retrofits, and service and have become an elite member of those mechanical firms that can bid and bond multi-million dollar projects.
Our company has earned an outstanding reputation working on a wide variety of projects with many general contractors, as well as directly with owners and engineers. Not all contractors are capable of enjoying continued success on major projects while working for demanding customers such as school districts and hospital facilities. In the Northwest, Oregon Cascade has risen above its competitors and we continue to expand our market.

OREFAB, INC.
OreFab, Inc., a division of Oregon Cascade, is the company’s around the clock supplier of prefabricated parts. Skilled welders and pipefitters provide projects with pre-made pipe and steel assemblies that greatly benefit a project’s time sensitive schedule. By prefabricating large assemblies that ship directly to the jobsite ready to be installed, Oregon Cascade cuts installation and assembly time. Parts fabrication is just another schedule keeping service that benefits Oregon Cascade’s customers.

Located in Bend, OR. Oregon Cascade serves central Oregon and surrounding areas with the same dedicated and excellent service as it has in the Willamette Valley.

The Oregon Cascade Safety Culture
Safety demands commitment at all levels, including officers, team members and clients. Our commitment starts at the top with the president of the company, Josh Welborn, and extends to our safety committee, project managers, foremen, journeymen working with apprentices, and every employee. It is a core component of our foremen’s job description and responsibilities, and shapes the teaching and mentoring our journeymen impart to our apprentices and helpers. Our safety culture resonates every corner of our company and extends to everyone we work with including general contractors, regulatory entities, insurers, consultants, and suppliers.
A Safety Commitment Beyond Compliance
Oregon Cascade Plumbing believes that prevention is the key to having a safe work environment. We have a dedicated, in-house Safety Department that is responsible for policies job site inspections, accident investigation, and in-house safety training. We strive to make sure we are compliant with all applicable OSHA regulations, owner standards, general contractor standards, and our own rigorous standards.

The Oregon Cascade Safety Committee is composed of representatives from every part of the company including upper management, the fabrication shop, project managers, foremen, and office personnel.
